~ Staff is recommending retaining the 20 foot drainage and utility easement <br />along the eastern boundary of the proposed Lot 2 as it accommodates an existing storm <br />sewer pipe. The final plat provides for the standard 5 foot drainage and udlity easements <br />along all other side and rear property lines and a 10 foot drainage and utility easement along <br />the front properD' lines. <br /> <br />Park Dedication; The plat has been reviewed by the Parks and Utilities Coordinator and <br />in accordance with City Code, park dedication wii1 consist of a cash payment in the amount <br />of $620.00 for the new lot created. <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 27, 1993 to consider <br />your request for final plat approval of Sharon Lee Addition. It is important that you, or your <br />representative, be present to answer any questions that may arise. The proposed development <br />agreement is enclosed for your review and information.
