Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for it adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #93-07. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF SHARON LEE <br />ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Sharon Wagner, hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly applied <br />for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 6, Riverside West, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on June 22, 1993, the City received application and sketch plan from <br />Sharon Wagner for Sharon Lee Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on July 6, 1993, and <br />approved the sketch plan of Sharon Lee Addition and directed the Developer to proceed to the final <br />plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the park dedication shall be satisfied with cash contribution for thc new lot <br />created. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Sharon Lee Addition in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the __ day of. ,1993. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
