<br />Parabody, Inc., a manufacturer of athletic equipment, recently received approval on a site plan
<br />proposal to put a $67,000 addition onto their existing structure. This is the second such
<br />addition to the facilities, the first being in 1990, valued at $1,317,400.
<br />
<br />From 1990 through the end of April of I993, eleven commercial and industrial companies
<br />located in the City have completed construction of new facilities or additions to existing
<br />facilities. The square footage constructed as a result of these projects totaled 45,292 square
<br />feet and had a building valuation of approximately $1,21 6,750.
