Signed architectural drawings of the new construction will be required at the time of
building permit application.

10.

~ Existing and proposed lighting have not been shown on the site plan. Any
exterior lighting should be arranged to deflect glare away from Hwy. #10.

11.

~ It should be noted that no contours have been provided; however, based upon a
site visit, the vast majority of the site slopes gently from the south to the north. At the
present rime, approximately I. 1 acres are impervious. The amount of impervious area will
be increased by approximately 0.5 acres when all the proposed modifications to the site are
completed. It is recommended that a grading plan be prepared to avoid 'bird baths' in the
new pavement. Runoff may be conducted to remaining turfed areas for percolation. The
turfed areas should be graded with shallow, flat depressions to minimize the potential of
runoff and erosion onto neighboring properties.

The Planning and Zoning Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 5, 1993,
to consider your request for site plan approval. I suggest that you, or your representative, be
present at the meeting to answer any questions that may arise.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.

Respectfully,

CITY OF RAMSEY

Sylvia Frolik
Zoning Administrator

City Engineer
