CITY OF RAMSEY DEVELOPMENT PERMIT TOP I0 CENTER/7129 HWY. #I0 N.W. PIN 27-32-25-33-0003 On October I2, 1993, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Ronald Touchette, 7129 Partnership ("Permittee") to construct an 11,328 square foot expansion to the strip center and a 1,232 square foot accessory structure ("Structures") on the property legally described as follows: (to be inserted) ("Site") This approval is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: STRUCTURE. The Structures shall be constructed as shown on the plans submitted to and approved by the City's Building Official. All building plans must be prepared and cerdfied by a reg/stered engineer or architect. STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The' Structures shah be constructed in accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The Structures shall be sited on the Site in accordance with the site plan submitted by the Permittee, which site plan consists of one (i) sheet dated received by the City on October 6, 1993. 4. PHASING PLAN. The site shall be developed in three (3) phases as follows: Phase Phase II - a. Construction of a 768 square foot expansion to Auto Repair Shop. b. Construction of a 1,512 square foot expansion to Auto Body Shop. c. Installation of blacktop driveway to Auto Repair Shop expansion area. d. Demolition of detached residential garage. e. Application of Class V to approximately one-half of the secured parking area. f. Landscaping. a. Addition of a 5,280 square foot sUite to the strip center. b. Installation of pavement to service the east side of the new sUite c. Installation of pavement to service the overhead doors on the south side the new suite. d.
