CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br /> DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />TOP I0 CENTER/7129 HWY. #I0 N.W. <br /> PIN 27-32-25-33-0003 <br /> <br />On October I2, 1993, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Ronald <br />Touchette, 7129 Partnership ("Permittee") to construct an 11,328 square foot expansion to the strip <br />center and a 1,232 square foot accessory structure ("Structures") on the property legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />(to be inserted) <br /> <br />("Site") <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this approval are as follows: <br /> <br />STRUCTURE. The Structures shall be constructed as shown on the plans submitted to <br />and approved by the City's Building Official. All building plans must be prepared and <br />cerdfied by a reg/stered engineer or architect. <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The' Structures shah be constructed in <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The Structures shall be sited on the Site in accordance with <br />the site plan submitted by the Permittee, which site plan consists of one (i) sheet dated <br />received by the City on October 6, 1993. <br /> <br />4. PHASING PLAN. The site shall be developed in three (3) phases as follows: <br /> <br />Phase <br /> <br />Phase II - <br /> <br />a. Construction of a 768 square foot expansion to Auto Repair Shop. <br />b. Construction of a 1,512 square foot expansion to Auto Body Shop. <br />c. Installation of blacktop driveway to Auto Repair Shop expansion area. <br />d. Demolition of detached residential garage. <br />e. Application of Class V to approximately one-half of the secured parking <br /> area. <br />f. Landscaping. <br /> <br />a. Addition of a 5,280 square foot sUite to the strip center. <br />b. Installation of pavement to service the east side of the new sUite <br />c. Installation of pavement to service the overhead doors on the south side <br /> the new suite. <br />d.
