I I I I I I I I I I I I ! i I I I ! I Subd. 4 Exemption to DMP. Prefabricated framed panels for dwellings approved by the State of Minnesota are exempt from obtaining a DMP. Sub4. 5 Procedure for Obtaining a DMP. An applicant seeking to move a dwelling within or into the city shall be required to file an application and deposit with the city an escrow fee in an amount established by City Council resolution. The application shall be signed by the applicant and joined in by all fee owners of the Subject Property. b. The application shall provide the following information: A description of the dwelling to be moved in or within the city, including dimensions, construction materials, condition of exterior and interior, and photographs. 2. Address of the d__welling's origin. Address of dwelling's destination description of the Subject Property. and legal A certificate of survey prepared by a registered land surveyor showing the proposed location of the .dwelling on the Subject Property to which it is being moved. The highways and streets within the City over, along or across which the building is to be moved. 6. The proposed moving date and hours. Proof of a building-mover license/bond as issued by the State of Minnesota. Proof of fee title ownership of the Subject Property on which the dwelling is to be located. Any additional information which the City finds necessary to make a fair determination of whether a DMP should be issued. Subd. 6 Deadline for DMP Application. An application for a DMP shall be made at least 21 days prior to the regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting at which consideration of the application is sCheduled to be taken. 2
