AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Charter of the City of <br />Ramsey, Section 12.5. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. PROPERTY TO BE SOLD <br /> <br />The following described public property is hereby to be sold: <br /> <br /> Lots 1 through 3, AMBER RIDGE, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
