Absent: Commissioners <br /> <br />Case #5: P~/u_ est For Metes And Bounds Subdivision: Case Of Mr. Harley <br /> ~rdon: <br /> <br />Mr. Harley Gordon was present and stated that affected property owners are <br />not willing to sell land for public roaa%~ay but are willing to grant him a <br />permanent easement to access his property from the 180th Avenue cul-de-sac. <br />Mr. Gordon inquired if the City would react favorably to his request to <br />subdivide his property into 4 ten acre lots with a permanent easement. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to <br />recommend that Mr. Harley Gordon proceed with the mini-plat process to <br />subdivide his property west of Cty. Rd. 983 and south of Cty. Rd. 922. <br />Purther, that easements shall be provided on the north line of Cty. Rdo <br />~22, the east line of Cty. Rd. #83 and the southern corner of the 180th <br />Avenue cul-de-sac and that Mr. Gordon's existing one acre site will be <br />incorporated into one of the proposed 10 acre sites. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: <br />Terry, Hendriksen and LaDue. <br />Howell and Holm. <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Shumway, <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners <br /> <br />Case ~6: <br /> <br />Request For Conditional Use Permit To Constr~ct. ABd Operate <br /> A Recreational Center And To Constrict.An Advertising Sign; <br /> Case Of Mr. David Hauan: <br /> <br />The Commission reviewed the proposed findings of fact. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to <br />recomn~nd that City Council adopt findings of fact relating to Mr. David <br />Hauan's request for a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
