Ergct A Tempo_ rary <br /> Str_uGtu_re:. ~C~s.e Of Lord Of Life _Lutheran Church: <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holm and seconded by Commissioner Howell to <br />recommend that City Council adopt findings of fact relating to Lord of Life <br />Lutheran Church's request for a conditional use permit, amended as follows: <br /> <br />Amend #2 - To indicate that the applicant appeared before the Planning and <br /> Zoning Commission for public hearings on June 7 and June 16, <br /> 1988. <br /> <br />Add #16 <br /> <br />-To indicate that the applicant has stated that the structure <br /> will be in place no longer than 5 years and hopefully only 3 <br /> years. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, <br />Howell, Holm and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners LaDue <br />and Shut,ay. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holm and seconded by Commissioner Howell to <br />recommend approval of the request by Lord of Life Lutheran Church for a <br />conditional use permit to erect a temporary structure, with the proposed <br />conditional use permit amended as follows: <br /> <br />Amend Item #2 - To indicate that the temporary structure shall only be used <br /> until the sanctuary is constructed or until June 30, 1993. <br /> <br />Add Item #4 <br /> <br />- To indicate that the temporary structure shall comply with <br /> the Ramsey City Building Code. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, <br />Howell, Holm and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Shumway <br />and LaDue. <br /> <br />Case~6: ~.Requ_ est For A Conditional ~Use Permit TO _Ope. rate .A Vehicle <br /> gales LOt; .Case of Mr. Ro~_er Hurd: <br /> <br />Mr. Hurd was present and noted that his organization has already begun to <br />clean up the lot located at the intersection of Hwy. #10 and Ramsey Blvd. <br />and the business is requesting to use the two existing entrances from Hwy. <br />910 and Ramsey Blvd. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich noted that the City's site plan ordinance requires more than <br />what has been provided. <br /> <br />The Commission, based on past experience, discussed the potential problems <br />relating to sufficient stacking space and off-street parking and the <br />railroad corridor. <br /> <br />The Commission proceeded to review the proposed findings of fact. <br /> <br />Planning & Zoning Commission/June 16, 1988 <br /> <br />Page 4 of 7 <br /> <br /> <br />
