Inc.: <br /> <br />Dennis Peck was present representing North Fork, Inc. to review the <br />proposed concept for development of the remainder of Northfork P.U.D. Mr. <br />Peck updated the Commission as to the development of Northfork P.U.D. thus <br />far, including construction of roads and Hwy. #10 access with railroad <br />crossing and park dedication. Mr. Peck reviewed the concept for the <br />remainder of the development including lots and a golf course. Mr. Peck <br />stated that he will be attending a meeting of the Park Commission to work <br />out the details of that portion of the multi-use trail system passing <br />through Nor thf ork. <br /> <br />Case #8:.
