Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, <br />LaDue, Howell, Shumway, Holm and Terry. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Howell and seconded by Commissioner Holm to amend <br />Item #20 of the proposed findings of fact to indicate that waste concrete <br />would be partially crushed. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, <br />Howell, LaDue, Shumway, Holm and Terry. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Mr. Otto noted that based on Bladholm's current output, the landfill <br />capacity applied for would result in 80 years of landfilling operations <br />rather than the 24 years proposed in the application. Mr. Otto suggested <br />that if Bladholm's main priority is to bury the 3,000 cubic yards of <br />concrete debris left on the property by the former owner, Bladholm should <br />file a new conditional use permit request to landfill only that 3,000 yards <br />of debris. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Howell and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to amend <br />Item #24 of the proposed findings of fact to indicate that no traffic <br />impacts are expected on adjoining road in the area of the site. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, <br />LaDue, Howell, Holm, Shumway and Terry. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holm and seconded by Commissioner Howell to amend <br />Item #25 of the proposed findings of fact to indicate that the proposed <br />landfill is not harmonious with the objectives of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, <br />LaDue, Howell, Holm, Shumway and Terry. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to delete <br />Item #26 from the proposed findings of fact indicating whether or not the <br />use will be harmonious with the intended character of the district. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, <br />LaDue, Howell, Holm, Shumway and Terry. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Howell and seconded by Commissioner Holm to amend <br />Item #27 of the proposed findings of fact to indicate that the proposed <br />landfill will be disturbing to neighboring uses. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, <br />LaDue, Howell, Holm, Shumway and Terry. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holm and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to amend <br />Item #29 of the proposed findings of fact to indicate that the proposed <br />landfill may create excessive requirements at public cost for public <br />facilities and services in the future. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
