Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners LaDue, <br />Holm, Hendriksen, Howell, Shumway and Terry. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holm and seconded by Commissioner Howell to amend <br />the proposed findings of fact to delete Item #76 regarding whether or not <br />the proposed use will be an improvement to property in the vicinity. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, <br />LaDue, Howell, Holm, Shumway and Terry. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to <br />amend Item #77 of the proposed findings of fact to indicate that the <br />proposed use will be served adequately by essential public services and <br />that the persons or agencies responsible for the proposed use shall be able <br />to adequately provide any such service. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, <br />LaDue, Howell, Holm, $humway and Terry. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner Terry to amend <br />Item #78 of the proposed findings of fact to indicate that the proposed use <br />will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for public <br />facilities. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Commissioner Hendriksen inquired if the City can know <br />for sure the proposed expansion will not pollute groundwater and <br />Planning and Zoning Commission/October 12, 1988 <br /> <br />Page 6 of 8 <br /> <br /> <br />
