LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />February 19, 2015 Page 3 <br />Kuzma noted that he would follow up with Ramsey staff to determine interest. <br />Haas confirmed that the Board could further discuss those additional opportunities during the <br />budget discussions in June. <br />Schurbon presented the new Work Plan for 2015, which reflects the reductions outlined in the <br />memorandum. <br />Yager advised that this item has been included in the 2015 budget. <br />Schurbon stated that he would be open to alternate suggestions for the education and outreach <br />scope of work. <br />Motion was made by Anderson, seconded by Kuzma, to approve the 2015 ACD Work <br />Contract as proposed. Vote: 3 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />Haas confirmed that Schurbon has received the Water Management Plans for Anoka and <br />Andover, while Ramsey' s should be submitted soon. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />LRRWMO Permit #2015-17 — Casey's General Store — Ramsey <br />Haas reviewed the February 12, 2015 memo from Barr Engineering in which Obermeyer <br />recommends that the LRRWMO approve of the permit for this project subject to seven <br />conditions detailed in the memorandum. <br />Westby identified the 1.6 acre commercial site of which approximately one acre will be <br />developed with impervious surface and briefly summarized the project. <br />Motion was made by Anderson, seconded by Kuzma, to approve Permit #2015-17, Casey's <br />General Store, Ramsey, subject to seven (7) conditions as detailed in the Barr Engineering <br />memorandum dated February 12, 2015. Vote: 3 ayes, 0 nays.
