resolution file for Resolution #82-105). <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Council consensus is that this motion also refers to <br />Item (d) of this case which addresses the problem of unlicensed vehicles <br />and semi-trailers. Mr. Goodrich stated that the City is going to have to <br />clearly define the parked semi-.trailer issue. Mr. Goodrich went on to say <br />that parked semi-trailers (unlicensed or not) could be determined as an <br />accessory use. Mr. Sorteberg inquired that if this motion passes, what <br />will be the plan of action taken by City Staff? Mr. Goodrich replied that <br />the next step would be to file a formal complaint with the courts. Mr. <br />Klemish inquired as to how the City is going to view his property to see <br />if he is cleaning it up once he puts up the "No Trespassing" signs. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox <br />and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Reimann. <br /> <br />d) Report On Unlicensed Vehicles - <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that most of the people who are in violation have been <br />contacted and some of them are trying to get their property cleaned up. <br /> <br />For action taken, refer to motion at the bottom of page 10 of these minutes. <br /> <br />Case #8: Development Of The Sewer Element Of The Comprehensive Plan Into A <br /> Comprehensive Sewer Plan: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmermber Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to authorize <br />City Engineer Raatikka and City Administrator Schnelle to make the appropriate <br />modifications and/or additions to the sewer element of the comprehensive <br />plan and prepare a resolution for adoption of the sewer element of the <br />comprehensive plan as the comprehensive sewer plan. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg and Cox. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Reimann and Councilmember Van Wagner <br />was temporarily out of Council Chambers. <br /> <br />Case #9: <br /> <br />Landfill (A.. Me~ting Between City And County. Officials Regarding <br />Landfill and B. Mrs. Marilyn Gallagher TO Discuss Landfill Abatement <br />And Recycling): <br /> <br />a) Meeting Between City And County Officials Regarding Landfill - <br /> <br />Meeting between City and County has been scheduled for August 4, 1982 at <br />8:00 P.M. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich read out loud a proposed resolution regarding including <br />the South % of the Southeast % of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, as a <br />part of Site P. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle stated that the City better be careful not to let tax dollars get <br />tied up in a problem that the whole area has created. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox stated that he is not in favor of adopting any resolution <br />until more facts are obtained at the meeting scheduled for August 4, 1982. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that the final decision as to whether or not Site P becomes <br /> <br />C/July 27, 1982 <br />Page 11 <br /> <br /> <br />
