Violet Lisk - Is the money that paid out for easements actually billed back <br />to all the residents as part of the project cost? <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka replied that it was. <br /> <br />Mr. Noreen requested that Buffalo Bituminous do a final grading and make sure <br />that mailboxes are in a serviceable position. <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka stated that the contractor is obligated to make sure the mail- <br />boxes are in a serviceable position and that restoration is no longer a <br />part of the project and that restoration is up to the homeowner. <br /> <br />Violet Lisk stated that her mailbox was repaired, but that it is not in a <br />serviceable position. <br /> <br />Bob Orozco - I had to give up 10' of my yard for drainage easement, and <br />now when it rains the water sets in my yard and it is turning into a swamp~ <br /> <br />Why is it when the City wants to do something that costs money, it always <br />comes back to the homeowner? <br /> <br />Mrs. Lisk asked if Buffalo Bituminous can fix the drainage problem at the <br />junction of Cty. Rd. #56? <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Cox to adjourn <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Reimann, Cox, Sorteberg and <br />Van Wagner. Voting No: None.
