e. City Attorney -

Mr. Goodrich requested some direction from Council regarding Mr. Gilbert Menkveld
and his special use permit.

Mayor Gamec directed that Mr. Gilbert Menkveld's special use permit will be
on the November Regular Council Meeting agenda, that Mr. Menkveld should be
notified of this fact and that he should have all pertinent information into
Ramsey City Offices before the November Council Agenda goes to press. Further,
if all information is not into Ramsey City Offices on time, the matter will be
dropped.

City Attorney Goodrich suggested that maybe P & Z should review the issue
and if they do not agree to a mobile home park, there is no sense in Mr. Menkveld
spending money on a feasiblity report.

Councilmember Cox feels that Mr. Menkveld should be contacted, informed of
where the City stands on this issue and what the City knows regarding PCA.

Mayor Gamec also feels that Mr. Menkveld should be made aware of what costs
are involved in order to comply with PCA.

COUNCIL OLD BUSINESS

Case #1:

Finance (A.
