The School
District is responsible for education through tax dollars and the parents
shauld be financially responsible for the after-school hours activities.
The community school program is not benefitting a large enough amount of
people in comparison to the amount of money that is being spent. RYAA is
more self-supporting and more people benefit from that program.

Sp C/September 13, 1983
