Councilmember Reimann replied that the kennels will be assessed when Llama <br />Street is sealcoated. <br /> <br />Mr. Albrecht reiterated that the kennels have property in Woodlawn Estates, <br />no matter how the property might be subdivided. Mr. Albrecht then inquired <br />as to who will be assessed for sealcoating on Llama Street and Oakridge's <br />development. <br /> <br />Councilmember Reimann stated that this Council cannot commit future councils; <br />if it is a development by itself, the residents of that development will pay <br />for their own sealcoating. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />adjourn the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Reimann, Schlueter, Sorteberg and <br />Van Wagner. Voting No: None.
