Mr. Goodrich stated E-V Builders are the owners of the lot with the hole on it on 151st Lane N. W. He has sent the order to them to have this hole filled. Youngblood road problem: Mr. Mevissen and Mr. Reimann will try to take care of this matter in the most economical way. They will try to pull the culvert around a little. Mr. Reimann has talked to both Mr. and Mrs. Youngblood and they are satisfied with the job they plan on doing. Mr. Cox thanked Mr. Reimann for his efforts on this problem. Mr. Rodney Elvine: He wants an extra storage building 36x40. He has five acres. Mr. Hopperstad moved we pass this building on the recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Commission with no con- crete floor and a blacktop floor, and he will sign a statement to the effect that this building will only be used for storage. There was no second to this motion. Motion died. Mrs. Oliphant moved we table this matter and bring it up at the September 16th meeting. Seconded by Mr. Nelson. Motion carried by four votes with Mr. Hopperstad voting against it. Mr. Ernest Larsen: He stated he would have to resign his position as Township Assessor. He has taken on a research project and he does not have the time to do the 197& assessments. He said he would encourage the Township to move rapidly because there is a lot of work to be done. He will be more than happy to work with whomever they appoint, on Saturdays or holidays or whenever needed. The new assessor must be certified by July l, 1975. Mr. Cox thanked Mr. Larsen for the good job he had done for Ramsey and said he had been a real asset to the community. Mr. Larsen said he did not have the assessor's books but that he did have some other papers which he will turn over to us. He has the requirements for certification. Mr. Reimann stated we regretted losing him as our assessor. Mr. steffens is getting together with Burns Township and St. Francis City and perhaps we can have one man do the assessing for these communities'on a full time basis° Rodeo Hills Roads. Mr. Reimann inspected these roads. Mr. Hall has done all that was asked~of him. After the rain he had found three more soft spots. Mr. Hall will put Class V on these soft spots. The ditches were seeded with 300 pounds of rye and 50 pounds of mixed highway seed. Mr. Reimann feels this is sufficient. Mr. Reimann feels the roads should be accepted and the bond released. We have the engineer's report to this effect. We now have a main- tenance bond on this plat. Mr. Hopperstad moved we release this performance bond. Seconded by Mr. Reimann. Motion carried. Mr. Roland Gandrud: He wants to build a detached triple garage. He has an attached double garage now. This building would be 32x 26. He has the signatures of the surrounding property ov~ers. Mr. Hopperstad moved we accept this building based on the recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Commission. Seconded by Mr. Nelson. The motion carried.
