Mr. Goodrich stated E-V Builders are the owners of the lot with the <br />hole on it on 151st Lane N. W. He has sent the order to them to <br />have this hole filled. <br /> <br />Youngblood road problem: Mr. Mevissen and Mr. Reimann will try to <br />take care of this matter in the most economical way. They will try <br />to pull the culvert around a little. Mr. Reimann has talked to both <br />Mr. and Mrs. Youngblood and they are satisfied with the job they <br />plan on doing. Mr. Cox thanked Mr. Reimann for his efforts on this <br />problem. <br /> <br />Mr. Rodney Elvine: He wants an extra storage building 36x40. He <br />has five acres. Mr. Hopperstad moved we pass this building on the <br />recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Commission with no con- <br />crete floor and a blacktop floor, and he will sign a statement <br />to the effect that this building will only be used for storage. <br />There was no second to this motion. Motion died. Mrs. Oliphant <br />moved we table this matter and bring it up at the September 16th <br />meeting. Seconded by Mr. Nelson. Motion carried by four votes with <br />Mr. Hopperstad voting against it. <br /> <br />Mr. Ernest Larsen: He stated he would have to resign his position <br />as Township Assessor. He has taken on a research project and he <br />does not have the time to do the 197& assessments. He said he would <br />encourage the Township to move rapidly because there is a lot of <br />work to be done. He will be more than happy to work with whomever <br />they appoint, on Saturdays or holidays or whenever needed. The new <br />assessor must be certified by July l, 1975. Mr. Cox thanked Mr. <br />Larsen for the good job he had done for Ramsey and said he had been <br />a real asset to the community. Mr. Larsen said he did not have the <br />assessor's books but that he did have some other papers which he <br />will turn over to us. He has the requirements for certification. <br />Mr. Reimann stated we regretted losing him as our assessor. Mr. <br />steffens is getting together with Burns Township and St. Francis <br />City and perhaps we can have one man do the assessing for these <br />communities'on a full time basis° <br /> <br />Rodeo Hills Roads. Mr. Reimann inspected these roads. Mr. Hall has <br />done all that was asked~of him. After the rain he had found three <br />more soft spots. Mr. Hall will put Class V on these soft spots. <br />The ditches were seeded with 300 pounds of rye and 50 pounds of <br />mixed highway seed. Mr. Reimann feels this is sufficient. Mr. <br />Reimann feels the roads should be accepted and the bond released. <br />We have the engineer's report to this effect. We now have a main- <br />tenance bond on this plat. Mr. Hopperstad moved we release this <br />performance bond. Seconded by Mr. Reimann. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Roland Gandrud: He wants to build a detached triple garage. <br />He has an attached double garage now. This building would be 32x <br />26. He has the signatures of the surrounding property ov~ers. Mr. <br />Hopperstad moved we accept this building based on the recommendations <br />of the Planning and Zoning Commission. Seconded by Mr. Nelson. The <br />motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />
