Wild River Estates preliminary plat: Mr. Nelson read the Plan-
ning and Zoning minutes from July l, 197~ regarding this lot. We
should indicate in any approval made on this map that due to the
County thoroughfare plan, it could change some parts of this plat.
Mr. Reimann moved we accept this preliminary plat. Seconded by
Mr. Hopperstad. Motion carried.

Barnett Builders: Discussion on park land for this plat. It was
suggested by the Park Board that in Block 3, lots i and l~ be given
to the Township for park area. It was indicated that an easement
would be necessary to the next property to the east of this plat.
Barnett Builders will donate any evergreen trees that are in the
roadway to the Park Board. The two lots in question would not make
up enough land percentage-wise for park land. This matter will be
referred to the Planning & Zoning Commission for further study.

Archie Doroff, Weed Inspector: He feels we should have two in-
spectors, one for weeds and one for trees. He has a backlog of
38 places to check out diseased trees. He said vapon trench must
be dug around any diseased tree before it is cut down. The Board
suggested that he be given assistance. He was asked if he knew of
anyone who might be interested. The Board will get in touch with
him or if he finds anyone he can let them know.

Allen Jensen, 16331 Uranium St. N.W.: He wants permission to live
in a mobile home he has moved on property at the above address.
He moved into this mobile home without permission and against the
law in this Township. His furniture is stored in the garage. He
is building the house. Mr. Hopperstad moved we grant him permis-
sion to live in this mobile home for 90 days. He has sewer and
water which has been approved and inspected by the Building Inspec-
tor. Seconded by Mr. Reimann. Notion carried.

Tungsten Street: This street is too narrow ~d not heavy enough
mat for Grosslei~s trucks. Mr. Hopperstad will get a meeting set
up with Grosslein's about this street.

Hall-Anderson and Dover's Acres. Check where the road sign is in
Dover's Acres. It appears to ~e in the wrong pl$ce. We have been
waiting for bids for gravel whmch is needed on 160th Ave. and Sod-
ium Street in Hall-Anderson Acres, This area has Class V only on
the intersections according to Mr. Hall.

Rodeo Hills: Deadline was for tonite to have the ditches seeded
and the culverts cleaned out. This is not completed. Mr. Hall
said he would have it finished before the Aug. 19th meeting. He
said the ditches were seeded but Mr. Cox said he could only see
weeds in these ditches. This will be on the agenda for the Aug.
19th meeting. If this work has not been done at that time, the
bond will be activated and the Township will have the work done.
Mr. Nelson moved if this work is not completed on Rodeo Hills roads
by Aug. 19th, The Township will activate the bond and do the work.
Seconded by Mr. Hopperstad. Motion carried.
