Seconded byMrs. Oliphaut. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich was asked to check out the cemetary on the S curve <br />on Highway No. ~7 in Section 2. We will write to Mr. Lawrence <br />Keillor asking what their intent is as to maintenance of this cem- <br />etary. <br /> <br />We will emphasize the gophers on which bounty is pai~ are pocket <br />gophers, on the Friday program on the radio and in the Newsletter. <br /> <br />Rob Winters: Lot on Bowers Drive in low part in curve of river. <br />Mr. Winters wants to build on this lot and put in a sewage disposal <br />system that had no drainage and would have to be pumped continually. <br />Mr. Cox read from code regulating "Individual Sewage Disposal Sys- <br />tems recommended by the Minnesota Department of Health" as follows: <br />1. e. Installations of individual sewage disposal systems shall not <br />be made in low swampy areas or areas which may be subject to flood- <br />ing.'' This means a sewage system could not be put in on this lot <br />so until we. have public sewer and water this lot would be unbuild- <br />able. Mr. Reimann recommended we oppose any building on this lot <br />and declare it unbuildable until sanitary sewer comes in. Seconded <br />by Mrs. Oliphant. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Roger Krause: Lot MM in Menkveld's Country Park Addition: He <br />wants to put in a camping trailer to use for a short time until his <br />house is finished. He would use the sewage system and water from <br />his new house. They would start living in it July 27th. Mr. Rei- <br />mann moved we grant this permit for 90 days in accordance with our <br />ordinance and a $300 bond, pursuant to Ramsey Township Mobile Home <br />Park Ordinance Sec. 7-36A, Sec. 2 Sub. c and d. There is a new <br />law in effect that they must have bottled water for drinking. It <br />was seconded by Mr. Nelson. 'Motion carried. <br /> <br />Rodeo Hills: We received a letter from Mr. James Mead, 17851 Van- <br />adium St. N.W. regarding repairs needed at the roadside edge of his <br />driveway. There has been much erosion. Mr. Hall is to clean out <br />the culverts. Mr. Nelson moved we hold up the bond until the dam- <br />aged culvert has been repaired or replaced. Mr. Reimann seconded <br />the motion. The ditches have not been seeded or sodded. Motion <br />carried. The deadline is our work meeting, August 13th. <br /> <br />Business License: Tabled until our next meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Reimann will check on Jerry Root's operation. <br /> <br />Discussion on bid to clean the Town Hall twice a year at $100 per <br />time. This would include, scrubbing all floors, sealing the base- <br />ment floor, cleaning the basement, the window~upstairs, the drapes <br />would be dusted, the floor waxed or sealed with a special treat- <br />ment, walls dusted, and everything ship shape. Mr. Reimann said <br />he thought we should get other bids. Seconded by Mr. Nelson. The <br /> <br /> <br />
