He said the well was .declared un- safe by the State Board of Health and the County.Board of Health. The Town Board had a letter from the Tweed Well Company in which they stated they would drill a new well in the front yard as fol- lows: 'In regard to the relocation of the well at Dick Lahn's residence, we will move a rig on the Job the week of the 22nd of May. ! cannot give a specific date but I will contact Mr. Lahn and drill the new well in the front yard. some time during this week.
