SecOnded by Mr. Murphy. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Neary: Rum Acre Estates 2nd Addition Plat: The engineer had <br />not seen the final plat so this was tabled until a further date. <br /> <br />Klemish Bond: This road had been checked out by Mr. Hopperstad <br />and Mr. Reimann. Mr. Hopperstad moved that we release Mr. KlemiSh's <br />bond because all the work on Road "A" is completed. Seconded by <br />Mr. Nelson. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Richard Lahn, 16311 Azurite St. N. W. He has a well problem <br />and a sewage disposal problem. He said the well was .declared un- <br />safe by the State Board of Health and the County.Board of Health. <br />The Town Board had a letter from the Tweed Well Company in which <br />they stated they would drill a new well in the front yard as fol- <br />lows: 'In regard to the relocation of the well at Dick Lahn's <br />residence, we will move a rig on the Job the week of the 22nd of <br />May. ! cannot give a specific date but I will contact Mr. Lahn <br />and drill the new well in the front yard. some time during this <br /> <br />week. This is not an a~m~:ssion of legal responsibility, as there <br />were other parties to satisfy when the old well was originally <br />drilled. The well is 3 years.oldandMr. Lahnis a 2nd party <br />owner. We do feel a moral obligation, and to see that all parties <br />are happy, we will provide a new well." Richard Tweed. Mr. Lahn <br />wants a ~?1 ordinance and plat. The home was built by Ar~ Hagen. <br />Mr. Tweed had said he put the well where he was told to and that <br />the septic tank was put in afterward. The sewage disposal was <br />put in according to code we were using at that time. <br /> <br />Mrs. Haas: Said she had had sewage disposal problem and that she <br />had lived in the house 1 year and four months. She works for the <br />County Health Department. Mr. Bullick is having a new system in- <br />stalled as his firm was the builder. AM rs. Peterson wanted to <br />know where her tanks and.cesspool were., This matter will be re- <br />viewed by the Board. <br /> <br />In the June newsletter the residents will be reminded that their <br />cesspools are to be checked out by them according to certain speci- <br />fications. This was not done in the two foregoing instances. <br /> <br />Mr. Reim~n~ read the minutes of the last stated Planning & Zoning <br />minutes. Mrs. Oliphant corrected these minutes stating she said <br />the Commission have the consulting engineer sit in when prelimin- <br />ar~ plans are brought in.
