- 5 - T.B.g-15-7 <br /> <br />The Planning & Zoning Commission had recommended that if 2g" rafter <br />spacing is used then 5/8" plywood sheathing must be used. Also <br />recommended was no stapling of shingles. Mr. Hopperstad moved we <br />pass the 5/8" plywood shearing regulation.~ Mr. Pittman was very <br />much in favor of this regulation but suggested we check with the <br />State Building Code Dept. first because it is his understanding that <br />we cannot improve the building requirements without permission from <br />the State. We will check on this matter. <br /> <br />Ordinance on squealing tires: This was tabled until we can check <br />with Mr. Goodrich about the penalty that should be at the end of <br />this ordinance. <br /> <br />Revenue Sharing: Use MMC figure: 6,133 for census. <br /> <br />Garage roof: Estimate to fix the roof is $980.00. <br />time it was decided to use roofing sealant. <br /> <br />At the present <br /> <br />Mr. Mike Auspos has looked at the 1973 police car that the City of <br />Ham Lake has for sale. They want $1,600 for this car. It has a <br />shotgun, radio, screen petition between the front and back seats. <br />It is a Bel Air Mr. Hopperstad moved we submit a bid to the <br />City of Ham Lake ~or $1,200. Seconded by Mr. Murphy. Motion car- <br />ried. <br /> <br />Mr. Jack Menkveld: Moved into his new house without an occupancy <br />permit. The sewer was not covered. The house was not finished. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich will~ be advised of this matter. <br /> <br />Airport Zoning: Mr. Cox read the letter from Mr. Goodrich stating <br />the Attorney General's opinion. We will ask Mr. Goodrich to check <br />to find out if we have to have airport zoning. Mr. Murphy moved <br />we ask Mr. Goodrich to not spend a lot of time but give us his <br />opinion on whether we need airport zoning by our next regular meet- <br />ing. Seconded by Mr. Nelson. There were four votes for and one <br />against. <br /> <br />Mr. tIall's sign at Highway No. 5 and No. ~7. Ask him to move this <br />sign as in it's present location it is a hazard. <br /> <br />Ask our highway department to put Class V on the To~ Hall parking <br />area. <br /> <br />Mr. Hopperstad moved we pay the bills as listed. <br />Murphy. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Seconded by Mr. <br /> <br />Mr. Hopperstad moved we adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Mr. Murphy. <br />Motion carried.
