Mr. & Mrs. Norcutt requested a beauty parlor operation in their
home to be built in Brookview Estates. This beauty parlor will
be operated by appointment only. Mr. Murphy moved we grant this
permit for a beauty parlor to Mr. & Mrs. Norcutt for Block 4, Lot
12 in Brookview Estates, Ramsey Township, with the condition that
it is operated by appointment only. Seconded by Mr. Hopperstad.
Motion carried.

Junk cars: We have had a complaint from Mr. & Mrs. Klimek. We
have also had complaints on Mobil International and Dixon Plumb-
ing. Mrs. Oliphant had been to see Mr. Peterson of Mobil Inter-
national and she doesn't think he is going to do anything about
the junk problem. The Board asked that Mr. Auspos check out
these two places and report back. We had another complaint on
Dickenson Lines buses in back of their garage. Mr. Carlson,
from this firm, was present. He stated that these buses are not
junk; that they had just so~ 5 of them for $5,000 each. He said
all the buses will run. He was asked if they could put up screen-
ing to hide the buses. Mr. Carlson said they buy 1OO of these
buses at a time. Mr. Hopperstad said he would look into this mat-
ter.

Ron West: Sketch Plan: This plat has 120 acres with 50 lots.
Suggested were easements from the cul de sacs on the west edge of
~t7~the plat. Discussion on this sketch plan. There is between 50
~(~and 60 acres for park land. They will put in a baseball park and
(~.~ back stop wherever the Park Board wants it. Mr. Goodrich will
~heck this out as to whether a variance or rezoning is needed for
such a plat.

Mr. Goodrich has written the Attorney General to see whether we
will need zoning at the airport. The informational hearing sche-
duled for March 26th on the airport zoning has been cancelled.

Discussion on maps delivered to us by the North Central Public
Service Co. showing where they plan to install natural gas lines
this coming summer. Mr. Hopperstad moved we send these maps to
the engineer for his review. Mrs. Oliphant se conded the motion.
Motion carried.

Mr. Hopperstad moved we change the charge for special meetings
for both the Planning & Zoning Commissions and the Town Board
from $1OO to $200. This motion was lost because there was not
a second to it.

Mr. Murphy moved we change the charge from $1OO to $125 for special
meetings for the Planning & Zoning Commission and the Town Board.
Seconded by Mr. Nelson. Motion carried. Four voted for it and
one against it.

Sheriff's Department: Patrolling. We received a report from the
Sheriff's office showing the calls made in Ramsey Township by
their department from January 1, 1974 thru March 14, 1974. There
was concern as to whether the fact that the Sheriff's office was
