- 3 - T.B.5-21-

Mr. Ed. Klemish brought in his map to show his roads.

Mr. Robert Zaske: Dolomite St. N.W. The attorney said many calls
had been made to his office about a lot on Dolomite Street on which
Mathew Builders had started building but which was being held up
until the first of the week. The Board stated any calls made to the
Township Attorney would be at the expense of the individual excepting
for the To~ Board~ Planning & Zoning Commission, Clerk, Treasurer,
Building Inspector and Highway Department. The survey on this lot
was made before the 200 foot frontage was required but 40 feet had
been sold off this lot. Mr. Cox moved this matter be tabled until
the next meeting. Seconded by Mr. Hopperstad. Motion carried.

Mr. Hayes Quickstrom: Mr. Quickstrom requested a variance in Brook-
view Estates Block 1~ lots 1 thru 6. Mr. Coz moved we grant this
variance. Seconded by Mr. Hopperstad. Motion carried. This var-
iance reduced the size by just a few feet because of changing the
line to an old road. The lots were over the requirement and this
still left the lots larger than required.

Mrs. Dennis Peterson was not here but the complaint was cna road
in her neighborhood, 152nd Ave. N.W., where Roger Wolf was driving
heavy equipment too fast. Mr. Cox moved we request the County for
a 30 mile per hour speed sign for this road. Seconded by Mr. Hop-
perstad. Motion carried.

Mr. George Krepsky is ill today. Mr. Hopperstad moved that we give
Mr. Nrepsky permission to erect a sample vacation home on the Maple
Lodge premises as per the recommendation by the Planning & Zoning
Commission from May 15th to September 15, 1973. Seconded by Mr.
Cox. Motion carried.

Mr. Walter H. Walburg: Requested a variance on a lot he bought
from Mr. Schake. Mr. Pittman said he had checked out this lot and
that it was satisfactory for building. Mr. Hopperstad moved we
grant a variance on Parcel #2440 on the Schake property. Seconded
by Mr. Cox. Motion carried.

Dog Ordinance: Paragraph D changed. Section 5 changed - fee is
$10.00. Sec. 20 changed. Mr. Hopperstad moved we adopt the Dog
Ordinance 73-6 as submitted. Seconded by Mr. Cox. Motion carried.
Send a copy of this ordinance to Mr. Walton.

Mr. Vir6il Johnson came in about his fire. He does not have any
fire insurance on the barn that burned on his property. However,
the Board did not feel that the people in Ramsey Township~should
have to pay for his fire because he did not carry fire insurance.

Mr. Menkveld will check up on the location of the fire near his
property.

From the many complaints and questions we receive about horse~ it
would seem we might need some direction on this matter. It was
decided to refer this problem to a Horsemen's Council and see if
they can police this problem.
