Board of Review: About 20 problems were handled that night. <br />three had changes made. <br /> <br />T.B. 5-21-73 <br /> <br />Only <br /> <br />Issuance of Variance Permits. Mr. Goodrich will make up a variance <br />form which will be made out when a variance is granted and no build- <br />ing permits will be issued without the presentation of this variance <br />permit where it is required. <br /> <br />Mr. Voit, Mr. Hagen, Mr. Hall, Mr. Bullick, and Mr. Fulton, all <br />developers were present. They stated the engineer had checked out <br />their roads in various developments and on some they were asked <br />to put Class V but that when their roads were accepted this was <br />not required except at intersections. Mr. Cox said these areas <br />should be check, out before a decision is made and the developer <br />should be contacted by the engineering firm so the developer can <br />go out with the engineer when he checks their roads. The engineer <br />will be here at the next meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Fulton asked if they could get permits when they get the roads <br />roughed in. Mr. Cox moved that we give building permits on Golden <br />Eagles Estates providing the roads are accepted by the engineer <br />and the bond is posted. Seconded by Mr. Hopperstad.. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Cox moved that Rodeo Hills Estates be granted the same as Golden <br />Eagles Estates. Seconded by Mr. Hopperstad. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Cox moved the meeting be adjourned. Seconded by Mr. Hopperstad. <br />Motion carried.
