He
said his neighbor, Mr. Tweed, had had a fire set by the same child-
ren the next day which necessitated five fire rigs because of the
high wind. Mr. Goodrich said these fire calls would be assessed
against th~ property owner if not .paid and that it would be up to
him to find the people who set the fire.

Mr. Ed. Klemish: He came to see the Board about two more roads
he is building east of Segment "A" road. The engineer had told
him the two roads were too long to have cul de sacs. He stated
each buyer of his land was going to put in their own road. The
Board suggested he join the two roads but he did not want to do
this. The Board asked him if it wouldn't be better to have the
engineer advise him on the building of the two new roads and then
bring it to the Town Boar~ in writing and the Town Board would table
this matter until he bring this letter from the engineer. Mr.
Klemish agreed that this would be the best way to handle this matter.

Mr. Skipton: He wanted to know what the firearms regulations
were in this Township. He was told it was the state law, no shoot-
ing closer than 500 feet to any building. He wanted to know if
the gun club on Variolite Street can be regulated as to the hours
when they can shoot. He said they are now shooting two or three
hours every evening, all day Saturday and all day Sunday. Last
Sunday they started shooting at 8:00 in the morning. They had a
gun shoot or a tournament. The houses are a quarter and some over
a half mile from the gun club and it is still so loud that when
they are outside they cannot carry on a conversation. A Mr. Hagel,
who was present from Federal Cartridge Co.,said the gun club had been
there long before the.houses were built. Mr. Skipton wants the
shooting at the gun club limited to certain hours. He is 1500
feet from the St. Anthony Gun Club line. Mr. Murphy asked Mr.
Hagel if they had any plans for the future of this gun club and
if they planned to move out further in the future. Mr. Cox asked
if it would be a help for the people living near the gun club to
get together with Federal Cartridge Co. They are having more ac-
tivities at the gun club than they used to have. They have three
more traps than they used to have. Mr. Murphy asked Mr. Hagel if
he would submit to Mr. Ehlen the information he had received this
evening and set up more reasonable hours at the gun club.

North Central Service Co.: Mr. Hopperstad had talked to Mr. Larry
Harrison of this company about the gas line coming into the Town-
ship. It may be two years before the gas will be coming into the
lines shown on the map. They will start putting in the lines next
month or so. The high pressure line is already in. It depends on
the gas supply as to when the gas will come in.

Line Road in Northwest Part of Tovmship: A number of residents
from this srea were present to discuss this matter.
