The <br />lower part would cost $3~5.00 plum $1.05 per letter. In view of the co~t, <br />Mr. Bcarborough sugg.,ested having a Bulletin boa:~ built for this ~urpose. He <br />suggested getting a price on a 4x 6 and a 4x8 sign. Hr ~uggested Mr. Gabriel- <br />son. <br /> <br />Mr. F~rpby said he had talked to Mr. Pero~lch and Mr. Gesko about the landfill. <br />'Zhey agreed it is in Bad shape. It should Be cleaned up and fenced. This land- <br />fill is operating without a liaense from the P.C.A. On renegotiating this with <br />the Oity of Aaoka. both the 0ommission and the Town Board should be involved. <br />Mr. Scarborough feels this contrast with Anoka should Be renegotiated so that <br />it is completely ~egal. <br /> <br />Mr. $carborough moved we cancel the agreement with Elk River Fire Department <br />and use only the Aaoka Fire Department. Mr. Cox seconded this motion, l~otion <br />passed. <br /> <br />Impounding of cars that have been involved in a fire in the Township. This <br />matter was tabled until next meeting. <br /> <br />When the landfill licensing comes up before the S~ate, Ramsay Tow~ ~oard can <br />indicate they are not happy with the way in which it ham bee~$ run and stipu- <br />Lations can be included in this ~ontraot which would take o~re of some ~£ these <br />matters. <br /> <br />153r~ & Rhinestone. DiCkenson,s renter started <br />the fire and it Blew onto ~he International Earve~ter land. Mr. Cox stated he <br />did no'~ feel the Dickensons were 100% responsible for this 'fire'. Mr. Scarborough <br />asked ~he attorne~ to get an opinion from the Anoka Fire Department and then <br />take it to the County Attorney. Mr. Cox moved that we send a Bill to Mr. Peter- <br />son of International E~rve~ter for this fire call. Seconded by Mr. Scarborough. <br />Motion passed. <br /> <br />Dicke~son Bus Co. Fire Call never p&id. Attorney was instructe~ t~ put it on <br />the tax rolls. <br /> <br />Mr. Roger Dickenson asked why the names on ~tr~t~ in his area Lla~a, Alpaca, <br />~tc. lm~ been c}mnged.
