This plat had been <br />passed by the Planning and Zoning Commission. ~. Scarborough <br />moved this plat be accepted with the temporary cul de sacs sug- <br />gested by the Planning and Zoning Cor~aission. Mr. Cox seconded <br />the motion. Motion passed. <br /> <br />Mr. Holum had a plat of Sports Haven on Variolite, preliminary, <br />with 40 acres and 19 lots, 2 acres of park land. This plat has <br />been passed by the Planning and Zoning Cormuission. Mr. Cox z,~oved <br />this plat be accepted. Seconded by Mr. Murphy. Motion passed. <br /> <br />Mr. ~oium brought the preliminary plat for Rolling Green Addition <br />on 167th Ave. N.%~. with 38 acres and 31 lots. This plat had been <br />passed by the Planning and Zoning Corm~ission. i~. Cox moved this <br />plat be accepted. Seconded by Mr. Murphy. Motion passed. These <br />people will pay $20 per acre toward parks. <br /> <br />Mr. Holum presented Greenland Itills Plat #2, Sec. 21 on Arista. cng <br />Road and 152nd, final plat, 40 acres, 26 lots. This plat has been <br />passed by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Mro Cox ~uoved this <br />plat he accepted. ~econded by Mr. Murphy. Motion passed. <br /> <br />Mr. Prasch and Mr. Chapr~an presented a preliminary plat of Ra~,~sey <br />Terrace on County Road #57 with 55 acres, 42 lots and 4.7 acres in <br />park land. This plat has been passed by the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission. Mr. Cox moved this plat be accepted. Seconded by Mr. <br />~Arphy. Motion passed. <br /> <br />Mr. Cox moved we adjourn.
