-5- <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />9/27~76 <br /> <br />Move to grant a variance from the subdivision ordinance requirements of Ordinance <br />75-5 to W. C. Loucks to convey the following described parcels by metes and bounds. <br />As a condition to this variance, each deed conveying the individual parcel shall <br />contain the following restriction: <br /> <br />"The subject property shall not be conveyed as an individual parcel and <br />may be conveyed only in conjunction with Lot , Block' Hall Anderson <br />Acres." <br /> <br />The purpose of this variance is to allow the following specific individuals to own <br />their parcel without granting to the City an easement for access, or comply with any <br />other requirement of the City's subdivision ordinance. However, should the individuals <br />named in this variance, or their assigns or heirs, desire to sell the subject metes <br />and bounds property separate from the adjacent platted lot, said sale being for <br />development of the metes and bounds property or for any other purpose, then it is the <br />intention that that conveyance shall not be made unless the then existing subdivision <br />is complied with. The specific individuals, the property which they presently own <br />and the property they are purchasing is as follows: <br /> Roland R. Riveness and Susan M. Riveness <br /> Owner Lot 5, Block 2 <br /> Purchasing That part of the S 435.6 feet of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Sec. 14, <br /> T. 32, R. 25, Anoka County, MN~,lying E of the Northerly extention of the W line <br /> and lying W of the Northerly extension of the E line of Lot 5, Block 2, of the <br /> duly recorded plat of Hall-Anderson Acres. Containing 2.00 acres, more or less. <br /> <br />Cecil R. and Marlene J. Harbaugh <br />Owners of Lot 6, Block 2 <br />Purchasing That part of the South 435.6 feet of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of <br />Sec. 14, T.32, R. 25, Anoka County, MN.,lying E of the Nly extension of the <br />W line and lying W of the Nly extension of the E line of Lot 6, Block 2, of <br />the duly recorded plat of Hall Anderson Acres. Containing 2.00 acres, more <br />or less. <br /> <br />Allan R. and Crescenthia M. Schramm <br />Owners of Lot 4, Block 2 <br />Purchasing That part of the S 435.6 feet of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Sec. 14, <br />T. 32, R. 25, Anoka County, MN.,lying E of the Nly extension of the W line and <br />lying W of the Nly extension of E line of Lot 4, Block 2, of the duly recorded <br />plat of Hall-Anderson Acres. Except that part thereof lying N of the centerline <br />of County Ditch No. 3 & 66. Containing 1.95 acres, more or less. <br /> <br />Arthur F. & Corrinne E. DeWitt <br />Owners of Lot 3, Block 2 <br />Purchasing That part of the S 435.6 feet of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Sec. 14, <br />T. 32, R. 25, Anoka County MN~.,lying E of the Nly extension of the W line and W of <br />the Nly extension of the E line of Lot 3, Block 2 of the duly recorded plat of <br />Hall-Anderson Acres. Except that part thereof lying N of the centerline of Co. <br />Ditch No. 3 & 66. Containing 1.77 acres, more or less. <br /> <br />Dog Catcher Appointment. <br />Mayor Cox asked Mr. Carda if he had checked with Anoka to see if he could work some <br />arraoement with them for keeping animals picked up in Ramsey. <br /> <br />Mr. Carda replied that he had been unsuccessful in locating any facility for this <br />purpose. <br /> <br />Mr. Wax was present and his proposal was reviewed by Council. <br /> <br />Motion by Gorham, seconded by Reimann to enter into a contract with Blaine Midway <br /> <br /> <br />
