He has indicated he will be taking care of this in the very near future.
Legal action should be deferred at this time.

Regarding blacktopping of the streets, Mr. Klemish brought out that his father
has passed away since he was involved in the present plat and he cannot get
legal title to the parcels he has. He indicated he would give us a letter to that
effect. He is concerned about having to put blacktop in prior to this because he
cannot sell the land at this time. He indicated he would enter into a contract with
the City to see that it is taken care of within two years.

Attorney Goodrich stated he has written to the bonding company.

Mayor Cox said because of the hardship and the fact that Mr. Klemish has agreed to
enter into a two year agreement, the City could indicate to the bonding company that
we have at this time changed our minds. The agreement will have the same requirements
as the previous contract.

Councilman Gorham stated in light of the problems with probate, he would go along with
this.
Councilman Reimann said this is in the best interest of the City and Mr. Klemish
to enter into the contract and get it taken care of this way.

Council consensus was that there would be no probl~em with handling the situation
in this manner.

Attorney Goodrich is to have the contract ready by October 12th meeting.

Warming house bids.
Motion by Reimann, seconded by Gorham to award the bid to construct the warming
house for the City hockey rink to Mr. Pat Boland at a total price of $5,800.
The warming house is to be erected on Ramsey Elementary School property, contingent
on approval from District No. 11 and Mr. Boland supplying the appropriate bond
within 30 days of notification by the City.
Carried 5 Ayes

Person to clean city hall.
Motion._ ....... by Reimann, seconded by Oliphant to grant Sport Building Maintenance the
cleaning contract for City of Ramsey for $110.00 initial clean up and $32.50
per month thereafter for cleaning the City Hall twice a month.
Carried 5 Ayes
LANDFILL
Mayor Cox reported on the landfill status.
