North Central Gas Company, letter on gas rate increases. <br /> <br />2. Right of Way acquisition check from WMMI received at City Hall last week. <br /> <br /> 3. Memo from Chief Auspos regarding No Parking signs on County Road 56. <br /> <br /> Motion by Reimann, seconded by Mickelson to request the County Highway <br /> <br /> Department to install "No Parking At Any Time" signs from the Railroad <br /> <br /> tracks to Highway 10 on both sides of County Road 56 as Chief Auspos <br /> <br /> has recommended. <br /> 4 Ayes <br /> <br />4. Notice on Metro Council Public Hearing and resolution from Shakopee regarding <br /> <br /> Metro Council authority. <br /> <br />Mayor Cox spoke on the Metropolitan Council and their role in governing cities. <br /> <br />Mayor Cox then read a letter he composed regarding his feelings on the Metro Council. <br />He reported that the Metro Council has a 5.2 billion dollar budget. He reported that <br />the Metro Council has had Ramsey's Comp. Plan to review for several months now and <br />still has not sent it back. <br /> <br />BRUCE BACON -- TREE INSPECTOR REPORT <br /> <br />Mr. Bacon reported the following: Summer statistics not in yet on devastation of total <br />Elm and Oak wilt. We have spent about 1/3 of State grant for Ramsey's share of the <br />subsidy program. Some homeowners applications not yet processed may possibly be included <br />on next year's fiscal budget if so desired. <br /> <br /> <br />
