City of Ramsey - Minutes <br />Council Meeting August 11, 1075 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, plans for State Project No. 02-607-10 showing <br />proposed alignment, profiles, grades and cross-sections, together <br />with specifications and special provisions for the construction, <br />reconstruction or improvement of County State Aid Highway No. 7 <br />within the limits of the City as a Federal Aid Project have been <br />prepared and presented to the City, <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED: That said plans, <br />specifications and special provisions be in all things approved. <br /> <br />Dated this llth day of August 1975. <br /> <br />Mr. Mickelson seconded the motion. <br />resolution declared adopted. <br /> <br />Motion carried unanimously; <br /> <br />Building Inspector Report: <br /> <br />Mr. Pittman reported on progress of improvements being made to satisfy <br />State Building Code requirements in converting a'residence to a church <br /> Hematite Street In response to questions from Mr i~Krevelyn, 'Mr. <br />on <br />Pittman indicated ~hat the state building inspector will review all <br />requirements upon completion of the improvement work. Mr. Pittman <br />reported the following building inspection activity: 27 permits had <br />been issued with a total market value of $552,500 and permit fees of <br />$2,859. This included 34 sewage permits at $10 each. Mr. Pittman <br />also reported on an inspection problem at a home on Zuni. He had been <br />threatened with a gun when attempting to make a plumbing inspection <br />and indicated that he did not feel that it was safe to make the final <br />inspection, even if accompanied by a city policeman. It was agreed <br />that Police Chief Auspos would check on the matter and that Mr. Oorham <br />and Mr. Reimann would determine a final disposition of the matter. <br /> <br />License Issuance: <br /> <br />Mr. Reimann moved that a beer license be issued to the Ramsey Lions <br />Club for August 17th at the St. Anthony Gun Club to commence at twelve <br />noon. Motion seconded by Mr. Mickelson. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Reimann moved that a beer license be issued to the Anoka City Fire <br />Department for the St. Anthony Gun Club for September 7 to begin at <br />noon, subject to payment of the fee to the Clerk. Motion seconded by <br />Mr. Mickelson. Voting yes: Mr. Cox, Mr. Gotham, Mr. Reimann, Mr. <br />Mickelson. Mrs. Oliphant did not vote. <br /> <br />Mr. Reimann moved that a bingo permit be issued to the Anoka Fire <br />Department to allow bingo at the St. Anthony Gun Club on September 7 <br />from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Motion seconded by Mr. Gotham. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />
