We have
lots already platted to give us a population of 15,OOO.

Tom Person: He wants Mr. Cox's opinion on this shopping center.
We need money for services that the people are asking for. We
have 100 miles of roads. We have limited funds. Cost to educate
one child for one year is $965.00.

Oliphant: There is a comprehensive plan based on certain assump-
tions. She calls for a comprehensive plan by experts.

A1 Kempf:
letter.

He said three residents within 300 feet didn't get a

Alfred: We tried to get everyone who lived within 300 feet.

Kempf: He doesn't feel there is enough space between 153rd and
152nd for another intersection.

Alfred: They needed to get the permission of the Council before
contacting the agencies necessary for such a project.

George ~evandowski: Where will the individual go if the land is
rezoned;

Mr. Cox asked Mr. Reimann to describe the zoning map to the
audience, which he did.

Question: Why don't we put it in the industrial area?

Answer: Commercial and industrial go where they feel they can
make money. The people who have the money decide where they will
go.

Mrs. Schertz: Thinks the commercial plan should be considered
very carefully.
