Case #14: <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance to Amend Landscape Requirements in the R-l, R-2, and R- <br />3 Residential Districts <br /> <br />Community l)cvclopment Director Frolik stated on March 23, 2004 the City Council introduced <br />an ordinance to amend the landscape requirements in the R-l, R-2 and R-3 Residential Districts. <br />The ordinance is now eligible for adoption. <br /> <br />Motion by Councihnember Strommen, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to adopt Ordinance <br />#04-I0 amending landscape requirements in the R-i, R-2 and R-3 Residential districts. <br /> <br />A roll call vote was performed by the Recording Secretary: <br /> <br />Councilmember Cook absent <br />Councilmember Elvig aye <br />Councilmember Kurak aye <br />Councihnember Pearson aye <br />Councihncmber Strommen aye <br />Councilmember Zimmerman aye <br />Mayor Gamec aye <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Case #15: <br /> <br />Ameudments to the Town Center Zoning District Regarding Front Yard <br />Setbacks and Driveway Lengths <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Trudgeon indicated the City Council reviewed and <br />introduced the proposed amendments to the Town Center Zoning District at the March 23, 2004 <br />meeting.
