IVor~blk Office Building - Site Plan <br />April 30, 2004 <br />Page ¥ of ¥ <br /> <br />Storm Water Management Fee: The City has enacted a Stormwater Management Fee and the current rate <br />is Three Thousand Seven Hundred Forty One Dollars ($3,741.00) per commercial acre. The amount of <br />Stormwater Management Fee due on the 1.35-acre parcel is Five Thousand Fifty Dollars ($.5;050.00): A <br />cash payment is required belbre the City will issue a Building Permit. <br /> <br />REU Number: The REU number for this development will be 3.65, based upon a lot size of 1.35 acres and <br />an impervious area of 42%. This number will be used to determine the quarterly charge for the stormwater <br />utility. The applicant may wish to apply for a stormwater credit for which you may be eligible due to the <br />ponding provided. <br /> <br />City, Council Action: The City Council will not consider the site plan submittal until the issues raised in <br />this tetrer are corrected, revised, and resubmitted to staff for review. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 6, 2004 at the Ramsey Fire <br />Station, 15050 Armstrong Blvd., to review the proposed site plan. We strongly suggest that you or your <br />representative be present to answer any questions that may arise.
