Councihnember introduced the following resolmion and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION # <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR THE <br /> BUILDING OFFICIAL <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mick Kaehler was hired as the Building Official effective <br />November 10, 2003; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Kaehler has successfully completed a six-month probationary <br />period as the Building Official; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its May 11, 2004 meeting agreed <br />with staff's recommendation to end the probationary period for Mick Kaehler effective <br />May 10, 2004. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Mick Kaehler, effective <br />May 10, 2004. <br /> <br />Tile motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councihnember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and tile following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 11 th day of May 2004. <br /> <br />G:\Administralion\l lunmnResom'ces\Performance Appraisals\Ending Probation\Kaehler.docMick Kaehler <br /> <br /> <br />
