Motion ~ Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to adopt by <br />reference Chapter 70 of the Uniform Building Code excepting Paragraphs <br />6 and 8 of Section 7003 to be incorporated into the City of Ramsey's <br />City Code. <br /> <br />Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Mickelson, Reimann & Sorteberg. <br />Voting no: None. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Acceptance of John Hubbard's Resignation from the P & Z Commission <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to accept the <br />resignation of John Hubbard from the City of Ramsey's P & Z Commission and <br />to send him a letter of appreciation for his service. <br /> <br />Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Mickelson, Reimann and Sorteberg. <br />Voting no: None. Motion carried. <br /> <br />WASTE CONTROL MEETING JANUARY 16, 1980 <br /> <br />The Metro Waste Control Commission is holding a meeting on January 16, 1980 <br />at the Holiday Inn, Anoka, to provide a preview of the final phase of the Re- <br />gional 201 Facilities Planning Program for future sewer service. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec and Administrator Schnelle will attend this meeting. <br /> <br />REIMBURSEMENT OF MR. TERRY PETRO'S TRAILER DEPOSIT <br /> <br />Mr. Petro is requesting that his $300 deposit be returned to him as he has <br />had final inspection on his new home. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to authorize <br />the refund of the $300 to Mr. Petro. <br /> <br />Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Mickelson, Reimann ahd Sorteberg. <br />Voting no: None.
