Motion carried. <br />Voting no-None. <br /> <br /> The council meeting was called back to order at 9:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> 4) Amending Chapter 210.01 Street Assessment Procedure <br /> <br />Councilman Sorteberg expressed concern about the person whose driveway and <br />garage are wrong and who were not told that when they received a building <br />permit. He recommended leaving out the last sentence of paragraph 4, Section <br />210.015 DEFINITIONS, which starts with "Notwithstanding" and adding the word <br />"any" driveway instead of "the" driveway to the sentence just before it. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to adopt <br />Ordinance #80-8 Amendment to Chapter 210.01 which is known as the "Street <br />Assessment" Chapter of the City Code with the above-mentioned changes. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Councilmen Reimann, Sorteberg, Mickelson and Cox. <br />Voting no-None. Please refer to ordinance file for Ordinance #80-8. <br /> <br />5) High Point Finalizing <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Cox recognizing <br />the finalization of all the work as required by the performance bond for <br />High Point Plat and authorizing the releae of the Letter of Credit #156 from <br />the First National Bank of Anoka. <br /> <br />City staff was directed to write a letter regarding hazardous condition of <br />some houses in High Point Plat. <br /> <br />COUNCIL NEW BUSINESS, (continuation from September 30, 1980 Agenda) <br /> <br />1) Use of Lower Section of the Ramsey Municipal Center <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle said the City should have a policy authorizing <br />use of the Ramsey Municipal Center because of its potential liability <br />problems. <br /> <br />City staff was directed to prepare a resolution regarding the use of the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to direct <br />City Staff to prepare an ordinance regarding the policy stating each <br />house must have its own legal description or there must be only one house <br />per lot of record. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
