3) Governor's Reply to Council Resolution ~80-77 <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle said the Governor wants the City to initiate the <br />appropriate legislative action with the communities such as Ham Lake and <br />Andover who are unhappy with the Metro Council's guideline plan so that <br />legislation can be initiated at his end. He said our legislator is against <br />the Landing Planning Act. He said he didn't feel Roger Scherer would, be <br />any help and he would rather talk to Rep. Clawson and get his opinion. <br /> <br />It was the council's consensus to get Rep. Clawson's help and opinions on <br />this issue. <br /> <br />4) Correction of July 8, 1980 Minutes Regarding TungSten Street Improvement <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to correct <br />the motion ordering the preparation of report for the Tungsten Street <br />Improvement of July 8, 1980 Minutes. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Councilmen Reimann, Sorteberg, Mickelson and Cox. <br />Voting no-None. <br /> <br />5) Correction of September 8, 1980 Minutes <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to correct <br />the motion receiving of price quotes for Oakridge of September 8, 1980 Minutes. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Councilmen Reimann, Sorteberg, Mickelson and Cox. <br />Voting no-None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Sorteberg and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to correct <br />the motion receiving price quotes on pet clinic of September 8, 1980 Minutes. <br /> <br />Motion carried, Voting yes-Councilmen Reimann, Sorteberg, Mickelson and Cox. <br />Voting no-None. <br /> <br />6) Temporary Mobile Home Permit; Case of Clarence Boutain <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg authorizing <br />a temporary mobite'home, permit in accordance with City ordinance requirements <br />in the case of Clarence Boutain because his house burned down. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Councilmen Reimann, Sorteberg, Mickelson and Cox. <br />Voting no-None. <br /> <br />7) Assessment for Improvement of Germanium Street N.W. (parcels 3025 & 3000 <br /> <br />Plat 89212 <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to adopt Resolution #80-124 <br />authorizing Plat 89212 Parcel 3000, Fee Owner Sylvia D. CArter be assessed <br />three (3) units at $1,301.46 or a total of $3,904.38 for the special assessments <br />levied for the City of Ramsey's Street Improvement Project #79-1 and authorizing <br />Plat 89212 Parcel 3025, Fee Owner Carter Valley, a partnership and contract <br />purchaser Gary M. Petrucci, Maureen E. Petrucci, and Michael J. Petrucci, <br />Denise Petrucci and Ronald J.
