CASE #4 REQUEST FOR TEMPORARY MOBILE HOME PERMIT; CASE OF MR. KEN THOMAS <br /> <br />17655ARGON'STREET'NW: <br /> <br />Mr. Thoraas is requesting that he be granted a temporary mobile home permit <br />while he constructs a new home at the above address. He has sold his <br />present home and will need the mobile home to live in while he constructs <br />the new house. He states he will have the house completed by August 1981. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilwoman Van Wagner and seconded by Councilman Cox to <br />grant Mr. Thomas a temporary mobile home permit to expire July 31 with <br />the condition that he post a $300.00 bond with the City and direct the <br />staff to prepare a contract to be signed by him and the City before <br />authorization for the mobile home is issued and that he pay for the <br />cost of the contract. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilwoman Van Wagner, <br />Councilman Cox, Councilman Reimann, and Councilman Sorteberg. Voting <br />no: None. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated the contract should be drawn up and have Mr. Thomas <br />appear at the next Council meeting. <br /> <br />Councilman Cox stated the City ought to have a very good understanding <br />what the problems with this can be. <br /> <br />CASE #6 REQUEST TO OPERATE A CONCESSION ICE CREAM AND SNACK VEHICLE IN <br /> THE CITY OF RAMSEY; CASE OF KAROL ANDREASON, 5510 164th LANE <br /> <br />N.W., RAMSEY, MN: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilwoman Van Wagner to <br />approve request of Karol Andreason for a concession ice cream and <br />snack vehicle in the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilman Cox, Councilwoman <br />Van Wagner, Councilman Reimann and Councilman Sorteberg. Voting no: <br />None. <br /> <br />Karol Andreason asked for clarification of. the ordinance. Attorney <br />Goodrich will review it with her. <br /> <br />CASE #5 REQUESTFOR REZONING FR~ R-1 TO B-i; CASE OF MR. DENNIS HOLMQUIST: <br /> <br />Mr. Dennis Holmquist is requesting the rezoning of the property legally <br />described as Auditor Subdivision #96 Lot 3 generally known as 6326 <br />Highway #10 NW, to be rezoned from R-1 to B-1 (BUsiness) as he wants <br />to change the present building i%no an office building. The Ramsey <br />P&Z Commission has recommended disapproval of the above request. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to adopt the <br />findings of fact as presented and based on said findings of fact to deny <br />the zoning request ~ .~...~g~_~_:f~? .. ~..~? . ~2~-<. ~.~ .z~:d~d~ ~. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
