a) City Code change Ordinance 80-10 that authorized Council to <br />grant a request to locate a business advertising sign on property <br />other than where the business is located <br />b) Application for special use permite to put up said sign <br />c) Drawing of proposed sign <br />d) Insurance on sign <br />e) Council also viewed a photo of said sign at the meeting <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to grant <br />a special use permit to Mr. Leonard Kokette to install a sign advertising <br />his business as shown in his application (4' x 8' = 32 square feet of wood <br />material and located at 7157 Highway #10 N.W., Ramsey Minnesota (Plat 89227 <br />Parcel 6300). Further, that this sign will be removed when the multi- <br />business directory signs are installed and that Mr. Kokette will have the <br />opportunity to advertise on the multi-directory sign. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, <br />Reimann and Cox. Voting no None <br /> <br />CASE #7: AUTHORIZATION TO REESTABLISH ARCHITECT FEE AND CALL FOR BIDS TO <br /> <br />FINISH LOWER FLOOR AT THE RAMSEY MUNICIPAL CENTER: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann <br />to approve of the architectual fee to not exceed $1,5OO which will cover <br />plans and specifications and bidding of the construction project to finish <br />the lower level of the Ramsey Municipal Center. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, <br />Reimann and Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Cox to <br />adopt Resolution #81-105 Approving Plans and Specifications and Ordering <br />Bids for Remodeling of the Lower Level of the Ramsey Municipal Center , and <br />said bid opening is scheduled for September 4, 1981 at 12:00 Noon. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, <br />Reimann and Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />CASE #8: DRAINAGE PROBLEM REGARDING CERTAIN CITIZENS AND VEHICLE TURN <br /> <br />AROUND: <br /> <br />Council reviewed enclosure (D3-g) of Council agenda dated July 28, 1981 <br />which contained the City Staff's comments and recommendations on these <br />problems. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Reimann directing <br />staff to proceed with eliminating the drainage problem at Chuck Chisolm <br />residence, 156th Lane N.W. Lot 5, Block 3 Woodland Green. Further to only <br />note Terry Petro, 6140 - 157th Lane N.W. Lot 1, Block 3 Hall's Dover Acres <br />and Steve Parrie, 158th Lane N.W. Lot 1, Block 5 Hall's Dover Acres problems <br />as there is nothing the City can really do on these problems. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
