Mayor Gamec called the Council Meeting back to order at 9:45 P.M. <br /> <br />CASE #3 - ISSUANCE OF ON-SALE LIQUOR LICENSE INCLUDING SUNDAY SALE <br /> AT 6937 HIGHWAY ~10 REQUEST FOR: CASE OF MR. JA~S BROWN: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reima~n, seconded by Councilman Cox, to approve of <br />issuing an on-sale liquor license and Sunday on-sale license, <br />effective August 26, 1981 to June 30, 1982. The on-sale liquor <br />license will be $3,666.66 which is prorated to cover the 10 month <br />period (August 26, 1981 through June 30, 1982). The Sunday on-sale <br />license will be billed at $200 which is not pro-rated. Motion <br />carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Cox and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />CASE #4 - REQUEST FOR CONDITIONAL USE PEP~IT FOR A PRIVATE KENNEL AT <br /> <br />16821 ZIRCONIU~ STREET NW; CASE OF RANDALL LINDGREN: <br /> <br />Council did review the following documents which were contained in <br />Case #4, Enclosure D2-d of Council Agenda dated August 25, 1981 in <br />making their decision: <br /> <br />a) Applicant's letter of request <br />b) Application for Conditional Use Permit <br />c) Public hearing notice <br />d) Certificate of mailing to citizens' <br />e) Neighbor's letter of objection <br />f) Findings of Fact <br />g) <br /> <br />h) <br /> <br />i) <br /> <br />Proposed agreement as prepared by Staff See Planning and <br />Zoning minutes of June 2, 1981 for recommended changes) <br />Plarming and Zoning public hearing minutes dated June 2, 1981 <br />for this case <br />Excerpt of ?leaning and Zoning minutes dated June 2, 1981, which <br />contains their recommendation to the City Council <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reiman, seconded by Councilwoman Van Wagner to <br />approve the findings of fact in regards to ~. Randall Lindgren's request <br />for a conditional use permit to have a private kennel. Motion carried. <br />Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Counci~l~embers Sorteberg, Reimann~ Cox a~d <br />Van Wagner. Voting No: None. ~ ~..~.%/y/~ ~ .~.~ ~'~?~ <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimanm and seconded by Councilmember Cox to <br />approve granting a conditional use permit for a private kennel to <br />Mr. Randall Lindgren at 16821 Zirconium Street. Further, that Mr. <br />Lindgren would have to meet all the requirements as required by the <br />agreement between him and the City of Ramsey. Further, to authorize <br />the Mayor and City Administrator to sign said agreement for the City <br />of Ramsey. Motion carried.
