Voting no None. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING BROOKVIEW ESTATES AND AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE TO <br /> <br />CHANGE PLATTING REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Muller to reschedule the <br />public hearings for Brook View Estates and the amending of zoning ordinance <br />to change platting requirements for lot sizes from 10 acres to 2~ acres in the <br />Rural Service Area to February 26, 1979 at 8:00 P,M. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilman Muller, Councilman <br />Reimann, Councilman Mickelson and Councilman Cox, Voting no None, <br /> <br />VARIOLITE STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to complete <br />Phase I using existing allocated M.S.A. funds plus advance and encumbering <br />to cover those costs eligible up to $251,100. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilman Muller, Councilman <br />Reimann, Councilman Mickelson and Councilman Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to adopt <br />Resolution #79-6 ordering plans and specifications to complete Phase I of <br />the Variolite Street Improvement Project. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting no None. <br /> <br />CAB INTERCEPTOR IN REGARDS TO 208 WATER MANAGEMENT POLICY <br /> <br />The City Engineer reported to the Council the CAB Interceptor will be avail- <br />able at the edge of the City of Ramsey in the Highway #10 area by the year <br />1981. It was noted, however, that availability to any of the industrial and <br />business sectors could not be assured before 1985. A general discussion on <br />the City's possible future sewer needs followed. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to adopt <br />Resolution #79-5 as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
