Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Reimann, Mickelson and Cox.
Voting no None.

City Engineer Raatikka asked about the bike trail for Brook View Estates and
if he should pursue.

Councilman Mickelson stated it is not a real heavily travelled area and
shouldn't be of too much concern.

Councilman Cox stated it seems to be a bike trail now.

Councilman Reimann asked about the drainage problem for the area and if some
of the dirt from the street could be put in back of those peoples homes to
try and eleviate the problem.

Attorney Goodrich said that if you start moving dirt to eleviate the drainage
problem in one area it may benefit one more than another.

Mr. Steve Schmidt asked if the resolution just passed addressed the assessment
or is it strictly for the project. He asked if this is something the Council
would ask the staff to address in regards to assessing the City on park land.

Mayor Gamec stated we would address this at the assessment hearing.

AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING PLATTING REQUIREMENTS FOR LOT SIZES FROM

10 ACRES TO TWO AND ONE-HALF

Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to amend the
zoning ordinance changing the platting requirements for lot sizes from ten
acres to two and one-half in the Rural Service Area and that such amendment
be presented to the Council March 26, 1979, but that this amendment change
only the lot sizes as it will still be referred to as the Rural Service Area.
