Michelle Olson resigned. MOTION by Gorham, seconded by Reimann, to accept Ms. Olson's resignation and send a letter of appreciation to Ms. Olson for her service to the community. 5 Ayes The warming house was discussed also. Mr. Nereson commented that he has contacted a contractor regarding price for a larger heater. Mayor Cox asked ~r. Nereson to get this information back to the Council. Police ReRgrt The Police Report was read by Mr. Nereson. Mayor Cox rec~,ended that the area responsible for so many citations be looked into to see if there is some kind of problem there. OI~ BUSINESS Assessm~ent policy Engineer Raatikka reviewed the street assessment policy. Nayor Cox said that he felt that P & Z should look into this, too, and perhaps could add to it. He suggested that they hold up on Engineer Raatikka's report until more input is gotten. It was suggested that this be re-scheduled for the last meeting in May - May 23. 153rd Avenue bid letting ~OTION by Gorham, seconded by Mickelson, to set May 15 at 11:00 a.m. as time for bid letting for MSA street Project. Notion withdrawan as May 15 is on a Sunday. MOTION by Gorham, seconded by Mickelson to authorize bid letting for MSA street project and that bids be in by May 16, 11:00 a.m. Vernal Weaver, variance request, Subdivide one 2~ acre tract into 3 tracts (SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 18, T32, P25) MOTION by Gotham, seconded by Mickelson to authorize Mr. Weaver to subdivide by metes and bounds, provided that an easement of 27 feet be given along the entire part of Jarvis Street, and a 27 foot easement on the South, north, west and east sides of the platte, and provided that park fee be paid in 5 Ayes 5 Ayes
