Mr. Neary said they <br />would dedicate the 66' road easement by document between Lots 2 and 3, <br />Block 1, Reillley Estates 2nd Addition As opposed to showing it on the plat <br />and said that he was told by the County that they prefer it that way. It <br />would be the same way with the scenic easement. Stakes would be provided <br />after the final plat is correct. One change has been made in the lot <br />deficiencies and Mr. Neary's intention is to ask for variances for the <br />others, <br /> <br />Mr. Neary said that there are two areas still deficient. <br /> <br />MOTION by Reimann, seconded by Mickelson to grant variances for deficient <br />lot width for Lot 3, Block 2 Reilley Estates End Addition, and Lot 1, <br />Block 2, Lots 2 and 3, Block 3 and Lot 1, Block 5 Reilley Estates 3rd <br />Addition. 5 Ayes <br /> <br />MOTION by Reimann, seconded by Mickelson to accept Reilley Estates 2nd and <br />3rd Additions Final Plat as per Engineer's recommendations dated March 8, 1978. <br /> 5 Ayes <br /> <br />Mr. Neary donated to the Ramsey Park fund his previous $2,400.00 cash escrow. <br /> <br />3. Off-sale liquor ordinance <br /> <br />Mr. Nereson reviewed the issues of a private off-sale license ordinance. <br /> <br />There was general discussion regarding such things as an individual coming <br />in and taking the risk, providing Jobs, the additional tax base, and the <br />high cost of insurance. Mayor Cox said that he does not believe that <br />municipalities belong in the liquor business. Administrative Assistant <br />Nereson and Councilman Muller were directed to get together and draw up <br />some guidelines to have ready for the next council meeting. <br /> <br />4. Scandanavian Construction sketch plan <br /> <br />Del Skeim was present with the sketch plan and said that it had two revisions <br />on it. Mr. Nereson said that the chairman of the Planning Committee called <br />him and said that if Mr. Skeim would meet their Planning and Zoning recommen- <br />dations, they weald entertain looking at a preliminary plat. It was the <br />consensus of the Council to proceed with the preliminary plat. <br /> <br />Home Occupations, ordinance review <br /> <br />There was general discussion as to what exactly a home occupation is, Mr. <br />Nereson reccmmeded that this be tabled with the recommednation that all five <br />council people write down their ideas about it so that when it comes up again <br />there will be some ideas andpossible consensus on thepart of the Council. <br /> <br /> <br />
