Council 4/10/78 <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />c) State Bank of Anoka <br /> <br />Steve Schmidt was present representing the State Bank of Anoka re- <br />questing a 90-day permit to place a modular type facility at the cor- <br />ner of 167th and Highway 47 for the purposes of a temporary banking <br />facility while the proposed remodeling of the adjacent building be <br />completed. <br /> <br />MOTION by Reimann, seconded by Gamec to issue a 90-day permit to the <br />State Bank of Anoka for a modular type facility to be used as a <br />temporary bank while the permanent facility is being completed on <br />the corner of Highway 47 and 167th Avenue, with the requirements for <br />sewer and water being met by using facilities in the adjacent build- <br />ing. <br /> <br /> 4 Ayes <br />Councilman Muller Abstained <br /> <br />MOTION by Gamec, second by Reimann to pass Resolution #78-~ vacating an <br />easement for roadway purposes over the west 24 feet of the east 99 feet <br />of Trunk Highway 47 right-of-way adjacent to and parallel with plat <br />89211 parcel 730 located in the northeast quarter of the south half of <br />section 11 City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />5 Ayes <br /> <br />d) Kovar Manufacturing <br /> <br />The Council reviewed the recommendations of Kovar Manufacturing pro- <br />posal for development on Highway 10. After general discussion the <br />Council concensus was they would be receptive to the Kovar Manufacturing <br />proposal provided, however, that all applicable zoning regulations <br />be conformed with. <br /> <br />e) Rear Yard Setback Variance 15921Kamacite Street <br /> <br />Mr. Pat Doroff was present explaining the reason for the zoning request. <br />The Council reviewed a report from the Building Official indicating <br />that a partial foundation for a home has been placed on the above <br />referenced property with the rear yard being 19 feet instead of the <br />required 35. It was indicated that the building placement had not been <br />checked. The Building Official indicated that the nearest structure to <br />the lot line was approximately 200 feet. <br /> <br />MOTION by Muller, second by Reimann to grant a variance to Ron Westphal <br />Construction with the same findings as indicated by the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission meeting of April 3, 1978. <br /> <br />5 Ayes <br /> <br /> <br />
