The City Engineer's <br />letter regarding this plat dated 6/26/78 was acknowledged. <br /> <br />Discussion regarding this plat vas held. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reiman~seconded b~ Councilman Muller to approve the final <br />plat of Traprock Commons subject to:1) The City EnEineerTs approval as <br />to those items outlined in his letter dated 6/26/78 and 2) Approval by the <br />City Attorney as to marketable title and 3) Park Commission approval as to <br />required park land and requirements. On approval of the above the h~yor and <br />Clerk may execute the final plat. <br /> <br />5Ayes <br /> <br />2. Airport Study <br /> <br />Engineer Raetikka reports that they are in the process of writing 8n <br />airport ~tudy now. He said there is no way the municipal airport could <br />be placed on the existing airport and meet Federal Aviation regulations. <br />Engineer Raatikka recommends that the present airport not be considered <br />for the site but that necessary steps be taken to search for a new site. <br /> <br />The final report on the Airport Feasibility will be ready for the next <br />Counci]. Meeting. <br /> <br />Final plat approval - Ramsey 67 Industrial Park <br /> <br />Councilman Gamec read the Engineer's report dated 6/26/78 regarding Ramsey <br />67 Industrial Park final plat. <br /> <br />A park fee will be required in lieu of land dedication due to the fact it <br />isn't in a residential area. <br /> <br />It was noted that in the future the Park Commission will look at all proposed <br />plats for their input. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Muller, seconded, by Councilman Gamec to approve the <br />final plat of Ramsey 67 Industrial Park subject to: 1 ) the City Engineer's <br />approval as to those requirements in his letter of 6/26/78. 2) Board of <br />Adjustment approval as to lot size variances on Lot 1 Block 2 and, 3) City <br />Attorney approval as to marketable title. <br /> <br />5 Ayes <br /> <br />4. Approval of Police Policy Book. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann, seconded by Councihan Gamec to adopt the <br />Police Guideline Book that has been present and reviewed by Council. <br /> <br />5 Ayes <br /> <br />Examination of Park Fees. <br /> <br />The Planning & Zoning Commission suggests the park fee procedure be re-exa~ned <br />since in some cases it appears to be unfair. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Muller, seconded by Councilman Gamec to refer this matter <br />to the Park &Recreation Commission for their input. <br /> <br />5 Ayes <br /> <br /> <br />
