James Hunt - refund l~270 park fee. <br /> <br />Mr. Hunt owned 10 acres and subdivided a five-acre .parcel off and added <br />the balance to an e~isting larger parcel. The b~:yer of the five-acre <br />parcel, l~nnander, unknowingly paid a $540 ~ark fee when actually it <br />should have been for one lot of $270. <br /> <br />l~[~s. Lermander was present to ask for the ref~_ud on the park fee they paid <br />on the property they actually do not own. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Muller, seconded by Councilman~'~ckelson to refund the <br />~270 fee to Mrs. Lennander and bill M~ & M~s. Hunt for ~?O for the park <br />fee and Attorney Goodrich is to put a liz penden on the five-acre parcel <br />uutil the fee is pai~. <br /> <br />5 Ayes <br /> <br />10. P & Z Recommendations <br /> <br />a) Occupations and Accessory Building - tabled until the next Council meeting. <br /> <br />b) Charles Rohl Varia~ce request. <br /> <br />Mr. Rohl was present at the meeting with Dr. Brunnel. He is seeking this <br />variance to sell a portion of his property to Dr. Brunnel, Anoka West Pet Hospital. <br /> <br />}~tion by Councilman Gamec, seconded by Councilman Mickelson to allow a <br />subdivision variance to Charles Rohl for part of Lot 7, Auditor's Subdivision <br />34 as per registered land survey and applicant to supply the legal description <br />for the respect~.ve lots created. <br /> <br />5 Ayes <br /> <br />Council discussed the City's dog pound with Dr. Bromnel at this time. <br />Itwas decide5 to send a letter to Blaine Midway All Pets and also to the <br />State Department of Agriculture indicating that the City has had complan, nfs <br />on the fact that their is a disease present at the Blaine Midway facility <br />and the City ~ants answers or they will take their business elsewhere. <br /> <br />c) P & Z Secretary Payment <br /> <br /> <br />
